Last weekend, Orange County welcomed another Snooze an AM Eatery location to its restaurant scene! As part of their soft openings, Snooze has a tradition of choosing a nonprofit to highlight and benefit, giving them the opportunity to raise donations for the organization. We are so thankful Snooze chose Orange County Rescue Mission as their featured nonprofit for their February 3rd soft opening of their newest location in Old Towne Orange! Together, we raised $5,319.37, providing a total of 3,594 meals for homeless men, women and children!
Orange County Rescue Mission has a special relationship with Snooze, which began when one of our program graduates became employed at the Snooze Tustin location, not far from the Village of Hope. At the Orange soft opening, the chef said that it was this person that inspired Snooze to choose Orange County Rescue Mission as their featured nonprofit, after seeing the incredible transformation that had happened in this man’s life through his time at the Village of Hope.
Thank you Snooze for this incredible opportunity and for caring for the Least, the Last, and the Lost of our community! And congratulations on your new restaurant opening!
